About Us

Newport Mooring Association

Protecting Mooring Holders Since 1995

The mission of the Newport Mooring Association is to be vigilant in protecting and promoting the rights and interests of owners of mooring permits in Newport Harbor. The moorings have a long history of contributing to the success and ambiance of our unique harbor and they bring an affordable option to boatowners wishing to berth a vessel in Newport Harbor. The Newport Mooring Association is steadfast in the belief that affordable and responsible ownership as mooring permittees, with rights to transfer the permit, is the only way to ensure affordable access to boating in Newport Harbor.
