Title 17 Summary and Redlined Documents

We are asking you to spend the time to study the proposed harbor code revisions regarding transferability, elimination of extension, LOA, and transfer of authority from City Council to the Harbor Commission and Harbormaster, rights to move your boat to a different location when you change boat, and much more.  A mooring holder has provided this “Quick Guide” followed by the actual proposed revisions which can be downloaded below.  We recommend you print out the first two pages of the  PDF "Quick Guide" and then scroll through the other pages of the detailed changes using the Guide as a reference. The concerns and opinions are numbered and reference the redlined sections of the code which makes it easy to follow.  The NMA has added notes in blue ink as a result of recent discussions with commissioners.
